Divine connection: a tribute

Our true destiny is always connected with certain people. The good news is that God, the author of our destiny, already has these people lined up. I am forever grateful for my two dear friends, Shane and Sarah Rooney (see top picture). It was through their love, fervent prayers, and endearing friendship where I first came to know the grace and the unchanging love of Jesus. In February of 2004, I found that the promise is true in Romans 10:9, "that if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;".

Lord Jesus, I thank You for Shane and Sarah. Draw them to Yourself, Lord Amen.

Hey, looking good! You are encouraging me to get my blog going again. I am kind of a slacker when it comes to bloging. I'm sure that you will enjoy this new medium of expression.
God bless...

Tee hee hee. Shane Rooney (my husband) is the white guy in the picture with me. Shane Wright (author of this blog) is the black guy in the bottom picture. I can understand the confusion...
